How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, wait for 3 to 5 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take between 12 and 20 business days for delivery in the United States and 12 to 18 business days for international orders.

What methods of payment do we accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal payments, Apple Pay.

How do I return an item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 12 days after receiving your order. Indicate your order number and the reason for its return. My customer service team will review the return request and send further instructions if the return is approved. Please read our refund policy.

Will the shipment be covered for my returns?
All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.

What happens if the items I received are defective/ incorrect/damaged?
Contact us within 10 days after receiving your order if you received an incorrect, missing or defective merchandise. Include your order number, photographs of the item (s) and all related references when receiving your package. We will do everything possible to resolve your case as soon as possible.

How long is the return process?
The processing of returns may take up to 5 business days from the date we receive your return. We will send you an email to confirm once your return has been processed.

When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refunds will be sent to the issuing bank of the card within 5 to 7 business days after receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Contact the issuing bank of the card if you have questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
