Why is my order sent in different packages?

When you make an order of different items, it is likely that each item is shipped from a different warehouse and the reason is that we work with suppliers around the world to provide a higher quality in the materials of manufacture, and in turn to streamline and shorten the shipping time.

How long will I receive my order?

Because we have warehouses around the world and our products are in high demand in the market, the estimated time to process your product is 3 to 5 business days so you will be receiving your order in a time of 12 to 40 days in the door of your house. Our standard delivery times are 12 to 20 days and we have never seen an order be delayed more than 20 days, but we cite the maximum time as 40 days due to obvious reasons. Please allow the period of time mentioned above, there are many orders that are shipped daily and there are other factors to consider such as the location of the warehouse, the distance of the trip and the customs process, if applicable to the product. Due to the extreme popularity of our products and our offers, these are only estimates.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LOST IN THE MAIL?

All our orders are shipped with insured shipping and handling. Once we process your order you will receive the tracking number of your product. If an order is stuck in customs, is returned or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is beyond our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with faster shipping and full tracking, if possible.
